Can a foreign-invested company rent test equipment in Vietnam and receive a VAT invoice?
Yes. Lost in HCM signs a rental agreement with your Vietnamese legal entity and issues an electronic VAT invoice to your tax code for each rental period, so the cost is fully deductible and audit-ready.
What is the minimum rental period?
One week for most bench instruments; one month for high-end RF analyzers and network analyzers. There is no one-month minimum on oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies or thermal cameras.
Do rental instruments come with a calibration certificate?
Every rental unit ships with a valid calibration certificate. On request we supply an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited certificate for instruments used as reference standards or in audited production.
How fast can you deliver to an industrial park?
