FAQ — industrial park delivery
Can you deliver inside the park to our gate, or only to the park entrance?
To your gate. Send the gate registration requirements (driver ID, vehicle plate, contact) with the order and we pre-register the delivery.
Do you deliver to export-processing zones?
Yes. Rental equipment enters an EPZ under a temporary movement record; sales to an EPE are invoiced as on-the-spot export at 0% VAT. We prepare the documents with your customs broker.
Is there a minimum order for northern parks?
No minimum, but the 48-hour SLA applies to in-stock rental units; a weekly consolidated run to Bac Ninh and Hai Phong reduces freight for larger orders.
Can your engineer commission the equipment on site?
Yes, in the southern parks on the delivery day and in the northern parks on the weekly run day, or by appointment.
Do you keep stock in the north?
Core rental stock is in Ho Chi Minh City; frequently rented models for Bac Ninh and Hai Phong customers are positioned in Hanoi. Ask for availability by model.
