What to include for the fastest quote
- Model number or a spec (e.g., “4-channel scope, 500 MHz, serial decode”)
- Start date and duration — weekly and monthly rates differ
- Delivery address or industrial park, and gate registration needs
- Whether you need an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited certificate or a standard certificate
- Your Vietnamese tax code for the e-invoice (or tell us the entity is not yet registered)
What happens next

FAQ — rental quotes
- Is there a minimum rental period?One week for bench instruments and handhelds; one month for high-end RF analyzers and VNAs.
- Do you require a deposit?A deposit or purchase order is required for first-time customers; established customers rent on account with monthly e-invoices.
- What is included in the rental price?The instrument, standard accessories and probes, a valid calibration certificate, and delivery within the stated SLA; accredited certificates and special options are quoted separately.
- Can I extend without returning the unit?Yes. Confirm by email or Zalo before the period ends; the extension appears on the next VAT e-invoice.
