Apartment and house rental in Ho Chi Minh City for FDI engineers and managers
An engineer on a six-month commissioning assignment and a plant manager relocating with a family need different homes, but both need them fast, near the site, and on a contract the company can pay. We find, view, negotiate and contract apartments and houses in Ho Chi Minh City and the industrial provinces around it, and we handle the paperwork that follows.
What we do
- Brief and shortlist in 48 hours — budget, district, commute, furnished or not, pets, school, gym, parking. You get five to eight options with photos, floor plans and the real monthly cost including management fees.
- Viewings with a bilingual coordinator — half-day viewing rounds, in person or on video call for staff still abroad.
- Negotiation and contract check — rent, deposit, notice period, repairs, early exit for project end; contract in Vietnamese with an English or Japanese translation; company as tenant where the landlord can issue a VAT invoice.
- After signing — temporary-residence registration with the landlord and ward police, electricity, water, internet, cleaning, and a hand-over inventory with photos.
- Project housing — blocks of serviced apartments or a shared house for a commissioning team, with one invoice.

FAQ
Can the company be the tenant and get a VAT invoice?
Often, yes. Serviced-apartment operators and many professional landlords issue VAT e-invoices to a company tenant; private landlords usually cannot. We say which is which on the shortlist.
How fast can someone move in?
Serviced apartments: two to three days after the brief. Private apartments and houses: one to two weeks including contract and registration.
Do you charge the tenant?
For most apartments the landlord pays our fee, so the service is free to you. For short project housing and bulk bookings we quote a fixed coordination fee in advance.
Can you help with schools and a car?
Yes. We shortlist international schools by district and arrange a car with driver or a leased vehicle through partners.
