Test equipment for semiconductor packaging and test facilities in Vietnam

Vietnam’s back-end semiconductor cluster — Intel in Saigon Hi-Tech Park, Amkor in Bac Ninh, Hana Micron in Bac Giang and the substrate, probe-card and equipment-service suppliers around them — runs labs that need RF and precision instruments long before the site is fully commissioned. Lost in HCM rents vector network analyzers, spectrum and signal analyzers, signal generators, 6½-digit DMMs and precision power supplies from Keysight and Rohde & Schwarz for package characterisation, signal-integrity work, failure analysis and equipment qualification, with 48-hour delivery to the north and next-day in the south. The same instruments are sold new with CO/CQ, warranty and a VAT e-invoice, and loaner instruments through an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory keeps reference instruments traceable with loaners in place. Cleanroom-compatible tool control, torque screwdrivers for equipment maintenance and EHS instruments for chemical and gas safety round out the site list. Export-controlled models are flagged at quotation so lead times are realistic, and rental bridges the gap.
