About VSIP
Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park is the joint venture between Becamex IDC and Singapore’s Sembcorp that opened its first park in Thuan An in 1996 and has since grown into a national network. In the south, VSIP I (Thuan An, about 500 ha), VSIP II (Thu Dau Mot / Tan Uyen) and VSIP III (Tan Uyen, 1,000 ha) host electronics, precision-engineering, medical-device and consumer-goods manufacturers from Singapore, Japan, Europe and the US. VSIP III became the home of LEGO’s carbon-neutral factory in 2025 and of Pandora’s jewellery crafting facility, which pulled a new wave of suppliers into the park. Since 1 July 2025 Binh Duong province has been merged into Ho Chi Minh City, so VSIP tenants now sit inside the HCMC administrative area — useful when your head office asks which city the plant is in.
