Event and exhibition support in Ho Chi Minh City
Exhibiting in Vietnam from abroad means dealing with an organiser, a booth contractor, a printer, a freight forwarder, an interpreter and a hotel, in a different language and time zone. We are the one local team that does all of it, for trade shows at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC, District 7), at GEM Center and the city hotels, and for your own seminars, product launches and customer days.
What we do
- Booth — design, build and dismantle, furniture, lighting, flooring, storage, cleaning; organiser paperwork and site rules handled.
- Demo equipment — oscilloscopes, analyzers, power supplies and thermal cameras from our rental fleet for live demonstrations, plus screens, sound and lighting.
- Graphics and POSM — backdrops, panels, brochures and giveaways through our POSM printing service.
- People — bilingual booth staff, interpreters (English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese), registration desk, lead capture.
- Logistics — temporary import of exhibits, customs broker coordination, local delivery, storage before and after the show.
- Hospitality — hotel blocks, transfers, customer dinners, seminar rooms and catering.
Shows we support

How it works
- Brief: show, booth size, objectives, budget, who is travelling.
- Within two business days: a booth concept, an itemised quote in VND or USD and a timeline back to shipping and artwork deadlines.
- One project manager on site from build-up to dismantle; daily updates in your language.
- After the show: lead list, photos, storage or return of exhibits, one VAT e-invoice.
FAQ
Can you exhibit for us if nobody travels?
Yes. We staff the booth with a briefed bilingual team, run the demos and send you the leads each evening.
Can we bring our own equipment?
Yes. We coordinate the temporary import with a customs broker; for many instruments it is cheaper and faster to rent from our local fleet.
How far in advance should we start?
Six to eight weeks for a custom booth; two to three weeks for a shell-scheme booth with graphics and staff.
